As stated in Datanews, Georges Ataya assisted the Walloon region in taking over the ownership of its Information Technology, build a sound organisation to bring in the control over IT processes and create the leadership to allow for an adequate governance by the public service management and by the walloon government.

Early 2010, seminars in Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, project management have been organised to IT experts from various Public services including: the walloon region, the French community Government, Easiwal, etc.

Togaf courses have been organised by Jason Uppal, followed by one to one meetings aimed at focusing the Enterprise Architecture activity within the public services.
